In celebration of the 100th anniversary of New York’s Metropolitan Opera (the Met), 100 singers, 7 conductors, the Met Orchestra, Chorus and Ballet performed in two separate programs on October 22, 1983. Part Two of The Metropolitan Opera Centennial Gala is the next program in the Arts on Film series, to be screened this coming Wednesday 30th October in Arts.
